Debt Collection Officer

Tasks

• Independent processing and monitoring of outstanding claims
• Monitoring of incoming payments and payment deadlines
• Initiation and handling of debt enforcement procedures
• Ensures the completeness of the documents
• Telephone and written contact with customers and debtors

Requirements

• Commercial training, experience in debt collection is a must
• Knowledge of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law
• Enjoyment of telephone communication, clear and friendly communication
• High commitment and willingness to provide support beyond the usual are your strengths
• Good MS Office skills
• Confident handling of numbers, facts and extensive dossiers
