You actively develop the Modern Workplace further, work closely with specialist teams, and keep an eye on new technologies
In customer projects, you take responsibility from planning to technically sound acceptance including documentation
M365, Intune, and Entra ID are part of your toolkit, especially when it comes to in-depth analyses at the 3rd level
You support second- and third-level teams with your expertise in client engineering and software distribution
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ specialising in system technology or platform development, preferably in the context of a complex IT infrastructure
In-depth experience in endpoint management with Microsoft Intune, especially in combination with M365 services and mobile devices
Fluent German skills for efficient communication in support and project coordination
Tech stack: Microsoft Intune, M365, Windows Autopilot, Endpoint Security, Azure AD
