Our partner is a family business active in a technical sector related to construction, supporting a varied clientele in the realisation of different projects. It has solid experience in its field and places particular importance on the quality of its services as well as customer satisfaction. Its human-scale operation fosters direct collaboration, autonomy, trust and taking responsibility. To support its development, it is currently seeking an accounting & HR assistant at 50-60% to take charge of financial, administrative and HR activities. This person holds a central position and works closely with management.
Your tasks with your new employer
- You take charge of the company’s general accounting, from creditors and debtors to VAT, while ensuring cash flow monitoring and preparation of closures
- You support management in the financial steering of the activity by preparing budgets, monitoring their progress and ensuring regular control of financial data
- You manage the HR administration of employees, including salaries, social insurances, family allowances, working hours, expenses and travel
- You ensure the administrative follow-up of sites and projects by handling orders and guarantees and facilitating coordination of different activities
- You hold a versatile role also taking charge of commercial secretarial duties, telephone contacts, reception as well as various administrative tasks
You offer your new employer
- You have training in accounting, finance or administration that provides you with the necessary foundations to manage this versatile role
- You have proven experience in accounting and human resources in Switzerland, ideally complemented by experience in the construction sector
- You are proficient in French, both spoken and written
- You are comfortable with common IT tools
- You are autonomous, organised and proactive, able to set your priorities and appreciate a role where human contact and versatility are important
