Responsibilities

• Together with around 14 employees, you as Department Manager: Hardware ensure the sales success of your department.
• Your plan: You promote and develop your employees. This way, you implement the company strategy as a team.
• You think and act entrepreneurially. This guarantees that the right goods are always on the shelves and that they look top-notch.
• Your daily tasks? You create the staff deployment plan including cost control, are responsible for sales analysis, and implement measures to promote sales.
• General administrative tasks are naturally also part of your role in our successful company.

Requirements

• You are goal-oriented, solution-focused, and a winning sales personality – with leadership experience in a department store? That would be perfect.
• Thanks to your vocational training in retail, you are a professional in your field. Ideally, you have acquired your business management skills through further training as a retail specialist.
• We expect you to have perfect written and spoken German. Additional foreign languages will score points with us.
• You are also familiar with common Office programmes.
• More convincing arguments for us? Several years of industry experience and a flair for our diverse product range.
