Technical After-Sales Service Manager 100%

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a passionate After-Sales Service Manager to take technical and operational responsibility for the entire after-sales department.

Your playground:

• Management & Organisation: You organise, coordinate and continuously develop the activities of the after-sales service.

• Team Supervision: You manage the staff, provide technical guidance to service technicians and plan their interventions.

• Technical Support & Breakdowns: You coordinate and prioritise emergency interventions, prepare offers, analyse breakdowns on construction cranes and develop appropriate solutions.

• Projects & Customer Follow-up: You develop preventive maintenance of the machine fleet, handle administrative processing (orders, invoicing) and ensure professional customer follow-up from request to delivery.

• Training & Experience: You have completed technical training supplemented by commercial training, with several years of experience and proven practice in team leadership in a similar role.

• Professional Expertise: You are well acquainted with the technical environment, ideally in the field of cranes, construction machinery or lifting equipment.

• Languages & Tools: You have excellent command of French (spoken/written) with good knowledge of German (English is an asset) and are comfortable with MS Office and MS Dynamics 365.

• Soft Skills: You are a responsible, organised, solution-oriented personality with excellent communication skills.

• A varied activity and a key role with many responsibilities.
