A leading healthcare company in the Bernese Oberland ensures basic and specialised medical care in the region across several hospital locations and healthcare facilities. For this dynamic environment, we are looking for an experienced leader for a temporary assignment of around 8 months, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Interim Team Leader Financial Accounting (m/f/d) – 80–100%

Duration: immediate start for approx. 8 months

Location: Unterseen

• Operational & professional management: Professional and personnel leadership of the financial accounting team.

• Closings & audit: Independent preparation of the 2026 annual financial statements including support during the audit as well as preparation of quarterly financial statements and consolidated accounts according to OR and SGF.

• Finance & taxes: Responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset and general ledger accounting, VAT, taxes as well as liquidity planning and cash management.

• Governance & systems: Ensuring the internal control system (ICS), compliance with legal and internal requirements, and module responsibility for the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central).

• Controlling & reporting: Preparation of analyses, reports, forecasts and decision-making bases as well as participation in budgeting and financial planning.

• Projects & special tasks: Leading or participating in digitisation and automation projects, responsibility for client accounting and commercial vocational training.

• Education: Advanced training in finance/accounting (e.g. professional certificate in finance and accounting, certified expert or Bachelor/Master with a focus on finance).

• Experience: Several years of solid practice in finance and accounting with proven expertise in financial statement preparation (OR/SGF) as well as leadership experience.

• IT skills: Solid user knowledge of modern ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) and MS Office.

• Personality: Analytical thinking, high personal responsibility, assertiveness and a structured, solution-oriented working style.
