Your Responsibilities

• Personal advice on mobile communications, smartphones, accessories, and digital offers
• Analysis of customer needs and recommendation of suitable solutions
• Active sale of products, subscriptions, and services
• Support with device changes, installations, and technical issues
• Answering questions about digital products and their use
• Presentation and maintenance of the sales area
• Support with stock management, checks, and inventories
• Handling administrative tasks in daily business
• Active collaboration with the team to achieve sales targets

Your Profile

• Training in retail or comparable professional experience
• Experience in sales, ideally in telecommunications or electronics
• Strong interest in smartphones, technology, and digital products
• Enjoyment of personal customer contact and sales advice
• Communicative and persuasive personality
• Independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style
• Very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Flexibility for assignments at different locations
