Certified Biomedical Analyst HF / Cytology

The Institute of Pathology at Spital Thurgau AG at the Cantonal Hospital Münsterlingen is a central part of medical care in the canton of Thurgau. It provides comprehensive diagnostic services for inpatient and outpatient patients and is closely integrated into interdisciplinary tumour centres as well as clinical decision-making processes.

Certified Biomedical Analyst HF / Cytology

In the laboratory of our institute, you will find a dedicated and versatile team that ensures reliable cytological diagnostics using modern methods and high professional competence. In close collaboration with various specialist departments, we process a wide range of examinations and thus make an important contribution to rapid and precise diagnosis. We combine careful, responsible work with a collegial atmosphere, short communication paths, and an environment where initiative and further development are welcome.

You will take on

• Processing and staining of sample material
• Screening of preparations from clinical and gynaecological cytology
• Assisting with fine needle aspirations
• Supporting laboratory management with additional tasks, possibly participating in projects and process design
• Helping out in the histology laboratory 

You bring with you

• Completed training as a certified cytology assistant, expert in cytodiagnostics HFP, certified biomedical analyst HF or equivalent
• High social competence
• Strong concentration ability
• Flexible, committed, responsible, resilient personality
• Good MS Office skills
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
