Internship in the Field of Natural Hazards and Hydraulic Engineering 80 – 100 %
Exciting tasks await:
- Further development of the flood protection structure register/flood protection management
- Maintaining the natural event register of the Canton of Aargau (StorMe)
- Active participation in an interdisciplinary team in the preparation of the flood hazard map
- Insight into flood protection projects from conception to realisation
What you bring:
- University degree (BSc or MSc) in Geography, Environmental Engineering, Natural Sciences or a comparable qualification
- Proficiency in ArcGIS (ESRI) assumed
- Precise, reliable working method and confident writing style
- Enjoyment and interest in challenges and unconventional and creative problem-solving in a team
- Independence, initiative and communication skills
