Together with our client, an established company in the trust sector, we are looking for an experienced personality for the mandate management. The company impresses with a broad customer portfolio, high professional competence and a professional working environment with development opportunities. The workplace is located in Baselland and is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Comprehensive support of mandates (SMEs and private) in financial accounting, payroll administration and taxes including business management issues
• Preparation and analysis of annual financial statements according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) as well as preparation of audit documents
• Advice on tax matters as well as on pension and succession issues
• Professional leadership/coaching of team members as well as support in mandate development and customer acquisition

You offer your new employer:

• Further training in finance and accounting, ideally a federal diploma in accounting
• Experience in the trust environment, ideally with mandate responsibility
• Knowledge in the preparation of financial statements according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) as well as knowledge of Abacus
• Structured and reliable working style as well as pronounced team and communication skills
