Lead Surveillance Systems Engineer (m/f/d)
Our client is an established technology company that develops and realises sophisticated technical systems and components for international applications. The company combines development, manufacturing and technical services and supports its solutions through various phases.

Responsibilities:
Management of complex projects for the establishment of MRO, integration, simulation and support capabilities
Responsibility for scope, deadlines, budget, resources, risks and technical project objectives
Technical leadership of system integration, verification, acceptance, commissioning, troubleshooting and root cause analyses
Coordination of engineering, maintenance, logistics, OEMs, suppliers, customers and business development
Development of support, maintenance and diagnostic concepts as well as support in tenders, offers and business development
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, electronics, physics, systems engineering or comparable
Several years of experience with large technical projects, ideally in radar, sensor technology, surveillance, RF or mission-critical systems
Sound knowledge in systems engineering, integration, maintenance and troubleshooting as well as project management (IPMA, PMI, HERMES or similar)
Experience with Python, Linux/Windows, simulation and ASTERIX; strong leadership and stakeholder skills
Very good German and English, French advantageous; willingness to travel and Swiss security clearance
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
