your tasks

• Managing the technical order processing from recording to delivery
• Creating and following up on offers in cooperation with sales
• Advising and supporting customers with technical questions
• Interface function between production, purchasing, logistics and sales
• Handling complaint management and ensuring customer satisfaction
  

• Technical basic training with successful further training as a Technical Salesperson or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience at the interface between technology and commercial area
• Negotiation-level German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
• Proficient use of MS Office and modern ERP systems
  Structured, precise working method and pronounced customer orientation
