Tasks
Supporting managers: You accompany and support managers in fulfilling their leadership responsibilities and advise them in diverse change processes as well as on leadership-related issues.
Managing organisational units: You manage defined organisational units as a reliable partner and advise managers and employees on personnel-related matters. You identify needs early, provide solution-oriented advice, and contribute to the development of professional and consistent HR work.
Living expertise: You are a subject matter expert in the employee lifecycle and support managers with your expertise in all operational HR topics from recruitment to exit. Through training and specialist contributions, you keep the organisation up to date on HR matters.
Implementing concepts and processes: To build and further develop HR services, you develop and optimise HR concepts and processes based on the needs and requirements of the entire organisation. You implement the newly developed processes and measures in close collaboration with the line management.
Profile
Experience: You have at least 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and ideally have also gained leadership experience during your professional career. Your broad expertise and experience in leadership support, change management, and digitalisation enable you to effectively and target-group orientedly handle the diverse tasks in our dynamic environment.
Personality: You are an open and integrous personality with a hands-on mentality. You are characterised by convincing communication skills, high customer orientation, and advisory competence. A structured way of working and proficient use of IT tools (SAP/HR, SuccessFactors, etc.) complement your profile.
Education: You hold a completed bachelor’s degree in business administration or psychology, supplemented by specific further training in HRM.
Language: You have excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written, and communicate appropriately for the audience.
