Finance and Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 100,000Responsibilities:
- Management of the general and subsidiary ledgers of various investment vehicles/mandates (publicly listed company, investment foundation, promotional companies and several private equity mandates)
- Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements (according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER)
- Maintenance of interfaces with property management (property accounting) and reconciliation with construction billing software
- Payment transactions and cash management (including liquidity planning)
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Preparation of the basis for tax returns (including real estate capital gains tax) in cooperation with external service providers
- Contact person for internal and external stakeholders (including auditors and trustees)
Qualifications:
- Specialist in finance and accounting with a federal certificate of competence (or in training)
- Solid, several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Confidence in balance sheets and experience in accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER
- Strong IT skills (especially Abacus, MS Office (Excel, Word) for daily use)
- Experience in the real estate sector or fiduciary area (advantageous)
- High degree of independence and sense of responsibility
- Team and customer orientation
- High social competence
- Fluent German/French and additional language skills are an advantage
