Sociocultural Animator 60% Fixed-term Contract

Position to be refilled as part of a one-year replacement, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

Activities:

Participate as part of a team in the development and deployment of the sociocultural offer in the town of Le Locle by conducting actions that promote living together and citizen participation in connection with youth:
- By leading open sessions for pre-adolescents and adolescents and supporting them in their desires, projects, needs and requests.
- By running workshops for children and pre-adolescents.
- By supporting young adults in their associative initiatives.
- By conceptualising and coordinating events.
- By developing partnerships.
Actively contribute to team discussions to adapt and enrich the offer according to evolving needs.
Participate in the training of students.
Contribute to the design, implementation and evaluation of sociocultural animation projects.
Ensure, in collaboration with the team, the administrative and logistical tasks necessary for the smooth running of the centre.

Desired profile:

Degree as a sociocultural animator HES or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the youth field.
Ease with adolescents.
Dynamism, good ability to create a friendly atmosphere
Proactivity.
Ability to work in a team and liaise with the local environment.
Ability to design and implement animation and event projects.
Ability to propose activities that promote the emancipation of young people and their involvement in the life of their town.
Clean criminal record.
