Job Description
The sous chef supervises a team of about ten staff in the kitchen and service, with a volume of 200 to 300 menus per day. They oversee the production of sandwiches, salad buffets and catering services. As the hygiene, quality and maintenance referent, they also manage orders and inventories. The hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm with some exceptional evening shifts.
Profile Sought
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in collective catering, ideally Eldora, with recognised and structured management skills. The person must be well presented, discreet and able to collaborate with other chefs and support services. A global vision of the activity, organisational skills and a team spirit are essential. Autonomy and reliability are indispensable qualities for this position.
