Responsibilities:
Processing customer enquiries regarding products, deliveries and technical issues
Calculation of sales prices and preparation of offers
Recording and monitoring customer orders and contracts
Coordination of production orders with internal departments
Support with transport and export processing
Handling returns and complaints with the quality department
Coordination of delivery dates with purchasing, production and logistics
Written and telephone support of national and international customers
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ or comparable qualification
Professional experience in internal sales, export and sales
Technical understanding of products and operational contexts
Confident use of ERP systems and MS Office
Independent and structured working style
Strong customer and service orientation
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, as well as good French and English skills
