To strengthen our Finance Department, we are looking for a FP&A Analyst, Program/ Portfolio Controlling & Data Analytics (m/f/x) 80-100%.
In this dual-role position, you will act on one hand as a financial partner on a daily basis, working closely with the Lead Program Controlling to manage the transformation portfolio. On the other hand, you will also contribute to the development of reporting, modelling, and scenario tools intended for the entire FP&A, Controlling & Performance unit.
The balance between these two dimensions will evolve according to priorities. This position is therefore aimed at a flexible person, capable of naturally alternating between close collaboration and cross-functional projects.
Your responsibilities:
?Develop the Data Analytics and Reporting capabilities of the unit
You will contribute to the development of tools and methods to improve the quality of analyses and financial decision-making.
- Design, develop and enhance Power BI dashboards
- Automate recurring productions and reports
- Develop analysis and scenario models ("what-if")
- Utilise artificial intelligence tools to accelerate certain analyses (anomaly detection, automated comments, exploratory analyses)
- Ensure data reliability, model documentation, and traceability of business rules
- Contribute to the dissemination of Data & Analytics best practices within the unit
Support the economic management of the transformation portfolio
In partnership with the Lead Program Controlling, you participate in the financial management of transformation initiatives.
- Build Business Cases for transformation projects
- Model expected gains and financial assumptions
- Define KPIs and reference baselines
- Monitor value creation and analyse observed variances
- Contribute to budget projections and forecasting exercises
- Prepare analyses and documentation for governance bodies
Your profile:
Strong experience in FP&A and management control
- Significant experience in FP&A and financial processes
- 5 to 8 years of total professional experience
- Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, business cases, ROI, and performance management
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
- University or HES degree in finance, management control, business economics, or related field
- Prior experience in Program Controlling is not required; you will progressively develop this expertise within the team.
A strong Data & Analytics sensitivity
- Excellent command of Power BI (Power Query, DAX)
- Good knowledge of SQL and data modelling
- Strong skills in advanced Excel and "what-if" scenario analyses
- Practical experience using artificial intelligence tools in data analysis
- Marked sensitivity to data quality, traceability, and governance
- Knowledge of Python and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is an asset.
Excellent command of French; good command of English (minimum B2); German is an asset.
