In this role, you take responsibility for demanding projects in a dynamic technical environment. You coordinate internal and external stakeholders, keep an eye on budget, deadlines and quality, and ensure clear and efficient collaboration. You ensure that projects are structured and consistently managed from the initial idea through planning to realisation. You make sure that defined goals are met and risks are identified and addressed early. In this way, you contribute significantly to the smooth and successful implementation of complex undertakings.
Responsibilities:
You independently lead demanding IT projects and take control of strategically relevant initiatives.
You plan and coordinate scope, milestones, budget, capacities and project risks throughout the entire process.
You create clear structures for collaboration between departments, internal teams, external specialists and suppliers.
You use established project management tools and methods to keep progress, dependencies and goal achievement transparent.
You identify opportunities and threats early, initiate appropriate measures and ensure reliable implementation.
Qualifications:
You have a business or technical education and several years of experience in leading IT projects.
You are familiar with classical and agile approaches and can apply them appropriately to the situation.
You possess a strong understanding of business contexts and can connect technical and professional requirements.
You approach different personalities with empathy, can motivate teams and win stakeholders for common goals.
You work solution-oriented, positively and structured, and communicate very confidently in German as well as well in English.
