Export Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You independently handle national and international export orders from A to Z

• You organise and manage transports in close coordination with freight forwarders, customers and internal teams

• You professionally and reliably prepare, check and manage all relevant export documents

• You ensure that all customs, foreign trade and export regulations are complied with

• You carry out goods tariff classifications and undertake dual-use checks

• You are the central interface between sales, logistics, service and external partners, ensuring smooth processes

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a commercial education - preferably with a focus on export, foreign trade or freight forwarding

• You have further training (e.g. as an export clerk or foreign trade merchant) and know export processing from practical experience

• Customs and foreign trade law are not foreign words to you, but your daily tools

• You are confident in using ERP systems and MS Office and use them routinely

• You communicate very well in German and can also communicate easily in English

• You work in a structured way, tackle tasks independently and are reliable - at the same time, you really enjoy working in a team
