Project Manager Architecture (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 120,000Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the project management of construction and real estate projects across all planning and implementation phases. You take responsibility early in the project phases for concept development, feasibility analyses, project planning and architectural design and subsequently accompany the projects through to successful completion. In doing so, you manage quality, costs and deadlines and work closely with site management, specialist planners and other project participants. Additionally, you advise internal real estate specialists on constructional and technical issues throughout the entire real estate lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management of construction and real estate projects from the concept phase to realisation and handover
Development of project, usage and design concepts taking into account constructional, economic and operational requirements
Preparation of object assessments, feasibility studies, variant comparisons and decision-making bases
Handling of the preliminary project, planning and approval phases as well as coordination of the required planning services
Development of architectural solutions focusing on layout design, materialisation, colour concepts and constructive implementation
Responsibility for cost, schedule and quality management as well as ongoing project controlling
Coordination of architect, specialist planners, site managers, authorities, contractors and other specialists
Management of planning and interface coordination between architecture, construction and building services engineering
Close collaboration with site management during tendering, awarding and realisation as well as independent implementation of selected projects
Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards, building laws, approval procedures and Swiss planning standards
Advising internal real estate and portfolio managers on constructional issues related to development, renovation, conversion and value preservation of properties
Qualifications:
Education as Architect FH/ETH, Technician HF Construction Planning or comparable higher construction qualification
Several years of experience in project management of Swiss building or real estate projects
Sound knowledge in concept development, project planning, execution planning and construction management
Very good knowledge of relevant SIA standards, Swiss building legislation and planning processes
Experience with feasibility analyses, cost planning, schedule control and project controlling
Profound understanding of architecture, construction, materialisation and building services engineering
Very good German language skills spoken and written
