Responsibility for planning, coordinating and implementing projects in the field of building services engineering (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical).Technical planning and design:
Creating technical concepts, plans and tenders as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.Coordination and supervision:
Managing project participants (internal and external), monitoring deadlines, quality and costs throughout the project.Offer preparation and calculation:
Preparing offers and calculations as well as responsibility for budget planning and cost control.Customer support and consulting:
Contact person for customers throughout the entire project duration, advising and supporting on technical issues.Ensuring quality standards:
Ensuring flawless and timely project execution as well as customer satisfaction.

Project management from A to Z:Responsibility for planning, coordinating and implementing projects in the field of building services engineering (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical).Technical planning and design:

Qualifications:
Completed technical training in the field of building services engineering (e.g. heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary) with further training as a project manager or a corresponding degree (e.g. building services engineering, supply engineering)Several years of experience in managing projects in the field of building services engineeringSound knowledge in the planning and implementation of HVAC systemsEconomic thinking and acting as well as a high degree of customer orientationStrong communication and leadership skillsConfident handling of MS Office and specialised software solutions (e.g. CAD)Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, English advantageousROCKEN Jobs:
