-Client Management: You operate and optimise client management solutions, including Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, ensuring their smooth operation.
-Error Analysis and Support: You analyse faults and error conditions in 3rd level support, initiate appropriate measures to resolve them, and monitor their implementation.
-Further Training: You continuously further your education to always stay up to date with the latest technology and expand your skills.
-Innovations: You actively participate in the development of new concepts, ideas, and tools to create innovative solutions for our customers.
-Professional Experience: You have been working as a Cloud Engineer for several years, preferably at an IT service provider or in a larger IT department of a company.
-Client Management Expertise: You possess comprehensive knowledge in operating client management solutions such as Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
-Technical Skills: You have very good knowledge in client operating systems, especially Windows 11, as well as in managing GPOs and Active Directory.
-Additional Knowledge: Experience in packaging with SCCM is a plus.
-Language Skills: You speak fluent German and have good to very good English skills, which facilitate communication in an international environment.
-Expertise: Access to concentrated know-how and comprehensive expertise.
