Project Manager Sanitary (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager Sanitary / Building Technology for the independent handling of small and large projects in the field of sanitary technology. You will take on projects from order placement through technical and commercial management to acceptance and handover to the client. In doing so, you advise clients, architects and planners, coordinate execution and lead the installation teams deployed. In addition to technical project management, you are also responsible for quotations, change orders, reporting and project accounting.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and handling of sanitary projects of varying size and complexity
Supervision of projects from order placement to acceptance and handover
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and project progress
Technical advice to clients, architects and specialist planners
Planning and coordination of execution and site processes
Professional and organisational leadership of the installation teams on the respective projects
Coordination of personnel, material and resource deployment
Preparation and processing of quotations, change orders and additional services
Control and processing of reports, measurements and performance records
Execution of project billing and invoicing with Abacus
Coordination with suppliers, planners and other building technology trades
Support of commissioning, acceptance, defect rectification and project completion
Qualifications:
Solid basic training in the field of sanitary, for example as a certified sanitary installer or certified building technology planner sanitary
Further training as a certified technician HF building technology, sanitary master or comparable qualification is an advantage
Several years of experience as a project manager sanitary as well as in complete order and project handling
Sound knowledge in calculation, quotation, change order management and billing
User knowledge in Abacus or comparable ERP/order software is an advantage
Experience in leading and deployment planning of installation teams
Good German skills, spoken and written
