In this role, you act as a link between clinical departments, administrative units, and Digitalisation & ICT. You analyse existing processes, identify optimisation potentials, and actively shape the digitalisation of workflows and IT solutions in the hospital environment. In doing so, you contribute significantly to increasing efficiency and quality. Through your commitment, you sustainably increase user satisfaction. The position is available immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities:
You analyse medical and organisational processes and develop them further together with the specialist departments.
You capture needs, structure requirements, and translate them into clear professional solution approaches.
You support departments in digitalising working methods and introducing optimised digital workflows.
You create comprehensible concepts, process models, and specifications as a basis for implementation.
You connect specialist departments, IT, and external partners and ensure targeted collaboration.
Qualifications:
You have a degree in business informatics, medical informatics, or a comparable higher education.
You bring experience in business analysis, process optimisation, or digital projects in healthcare.
You understand clinical and administrative contexts or quickly familiarise yourself with new specialist areas.
You know the interactions between applications, interfaces, system architectures, and business processes.
You work methodically, think analytically, and can communicate complex matters appropriately to the audience.
