Facility Manager Santé (m/f/d) 80–100%

• Operational responsibility for support services at healthcare clients (including budget)
  
• Leadership, promotion and independent recruitment of a team of approx. 55 employees
  
• Ensuring high service quality as well as strict hygiene regulations
  
• Maintaining constant customer contact and being the first point of contact for technical questions
  
• Planning, organising and optimising all workflows including material management
  

• You have completed training and have several years of professional experience in housekeeping, cleaning or facility management (ideally in healthcare/hospitality)
• You convince with proven leadership experience, organisational talent and a pronounced "hands-on" mentality
• You are ready to embrace the time flexibility of this management role (1st management level, 42.5 hours/week), which includes 24/7 availability and occasional evening visits to your cleaning staff
• You must have a category B driving licence and your own car
• You have very good German and MS Office skills
