Your tasks

• You take entrepreneurial overall responsibility for the establishment, further development, and sustainable success of your agencies
• Together with your effective team, you are responsible for active new customer acquisition across all industries (health, property, and life insurance) as well as for high-quality, holistic advice
• You develop your agencies both personally and organisationally and successfully position them as a powerful all-industry insurer in the local market
• You actively work the market together with your team and continuously expand your network to generate sustainable growth in all business areas
• You ensure the achievement of agreed targets in all insurance areas and initiate targeted measures if necessary
• You actively support your team in day-to-day business – especially in acquiring new customers, cross-departmental customer advice, as well as administrative tasks and changes
• You lead your team with clear goals, a strong performance orientation, and promote a motivating, binding collaboration

Your profile

• You have a commercial background as well as sound expertise in the (health) insurance sector and ideally also in other insurance lines
• You bring several years of experience in insurance sales with proven success – ideally in an all-industry environment
• You are a strong leadership personality who leads their agency to success through personal commitment in sales across all sectors and acts as a role model
• You convince through high self-motivation, willingness to perform, and readiness to go the extra mile in a dynamic all-industry environment
• You work goal-oriented, structured, and possess assertiveness as well as teamwork skills and resilience
• You are well networked in your region and present yourself as a credible and visible entrepreneurial personality
• You hold a valid category B driving licence
