- During operation, you keep an eye on performance, quality, and process values, and respond specifically if something is amiss.
- You independently carry out format changes, adjustments, and minor technical modifications.
- You detect faults early, resolve them directly where possible, and work closely with the technical team on more complex issues.

What you bring
- You have training in the food sector or solid experience as a machine operator, plant operator, or in a similar production environment.
- You are enthusiastic about technology and enjoy truly understanding machines and processes.
- You are willing to take responsibility and work in a structured way even when production demands are fast-paced.
- You are a team player, communicate openly, and can rely on others as much as they rely on you.
- Quality, hygiene, and safety are a given for you, and you work precisely and attentively accordingly.
- Working in a 3-shift system suits you, and you can communicate confidently in everyday situations with good German skills.
