Head of Internal Sales (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner operates in the construction and industrial sector and offers technical solutions for various projects. Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you are responsible for the operational and personnel management of the internal sales department. You are accountable for optimising sales processes as well as the economic and organisational management of customer administration.
Responsibilities:
You lead the internal sales team and support the professional development of your employees
Analyse existing workflows and introduce digital automation solutions
You coordinate order processing for customers at home and abroad
Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of sales conditions
You handle complex customer concerns and support your team in operational business
Evaluation of service metrics and customer feedback to improve internal processes
You optimise collaboration between sales, production, and commercial departments
Ensure efficient customer service from order to follow-up
Qualifications:
Technical basic training in the construction trade with subsequent business management training at HF or FH level
Several years of leadership experience in internal sales, ideally in the construction or construction supply industry
You bring knowledge in process digitalisation and automation of administrative tasks
Experience in sales management based on operational key figures
You work in a structured, decision-oriented manner and actively participate in daily business
Very good German and French skills, Italian is an advantage
