Buyer (M/F)

As part of a team reinforcement, we are looking for a Buyer for a temporary assignment until at least the end of February 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire purchasing process, from request to order.
• Select and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best commercial terms.
• Ensure follow-up of orders, delivery times and any disputes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate needs and guarantee product availability.
• Analyse costs, monitor performance indicators and propose optimisation opportunities.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of purchasing processes.
• Use SAP for order management, suppliers and data tracking.

Profile:

• Higher education in purchasing, supply chain, commerce or equivalent field.
• Proven experience in a buyer position in an industrial or international environment.
• Excellent command of SAP.
• Fluent English (C1) essential, both spoken and written.
• Excellent negotiation skills, analytical mind and organisational sense.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with international contacts.
• Swiss residence mandatory.
