Head of Technical Sales and Service (m/f/d)
Our client is an established company in the field of technical solutions for construction, industry, and infrastructure. The company develops, plans, and realises customised systems, combining technical planning with in-house manufacturing and practical implementation.

Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will take on the leadership of a technically oriented business unit with responsibility for employees, business development, and operational performance. You combine entrepreneurial management with direct leadership and align the various functions of the division.
Responsibilities:
Manage the business unit economically and regularly report on its development
Further develop the leadership structure and clarify responsibilities within the organisation
Assess personnel requirements and deploy available resources accordingly
Personally accompany larger customers and project undertakings as needed
Review internal processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability
Work on strategic topics together with management
Develop new business opportunities and additional services
Drive digitalisation and ERP applications within the division
Qualifications:
Technical vocational qualification with advanced training at a higher level
Solid leadership experience in a technical or industrial SME
Experience with sales and project business in the construction or technical environment
Good understanding of business management and resources
Practical experience in developing structures and processes
Experience with ERP systems
Very good German language skills spoken and written
