Apprenticeship Federal VET Diploma Cook

Main activities

Participate in the preparation of dishes and menus according to the seasons, products, patients and/or residents, while ensuring compliance with hygiene rules. Apply various cooking methods. Contribute to placing orders and checking the quality and quantity of delivered goods.

You have

• A compulsory schooling certificate or currently obtaining one
• A strong interest in the hospital sector
• A sense of responsibility and ease in teamwork
• Good stress management skills and openness to irregular hours
• A sense of creativity, rigour and taste
• Comfort with hygiene and cleanliness
