Real Estate Management Employee (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF82,000 - 92,000Role:
Do you want to take the next step in real estate management and increasingly take on your own responsibility? In this role, you will manage residential and commercial properties and be in daily contact with tenants, owners, and external partners. From letting to maintenance work to administrative matters, you will handle various tasks related to your properties. You can continuously expand your expertise and gradually work your way into more demanding topics.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage residential and commercial properties and ensure professional care
You organise viewings, apartment inspections, and handovers and personally accompany these
You are the contact person for tenants, owners, craftsmen, caretakers and other external partners
You receive damage reports, coordinate the necessary clarifications, and oversee further processing
You plan and coordinate maintenance and renovation work and monitor their implementation
You perform various administrative tasks related to the managed properties
You communicate with different stakeholder groups and find pragmatic solutions to concerns
You support the team with other tasks in real estate management and increasingly take on your own areas of responsibility
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have further training in the real estate sector
You bring from initial to several years of experience in real estate management
You are familiar with the basic processes around tenancy, letting, and property management
You present yourself confidently and service-oriented and enjoy contact with different people
You hold a category B driving licence
You have very good German language skills; additional language skills are an advantage
