Finance and Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You manage accounts payable and receivable including payment and invoicing processes
You are responsible for payroll accounting as well as settlements with social insurance and pension institutions
You prepare VAT returns as well as semi-annual and annual financial statements
You prepare financial reports for project managers and the executive management
You support member administration, meeting organisation and other administrative processes
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
Practical experience in payroll accounting, VAT and closing tasks
Good knowledge of common office and accounting applications
Very good German and good spoken French skills
