Your field of activity

• You accompany and support apprentices and students in the focus area of surgery and medicine, individually and learning-objective oriented, and are responsible for qualification procedures, competency certificates and selection procedures
• You advise and support trainers and nursing professionals in the departments on educational topics
• You are responsible for the planning, preparation, implementation and follow-up of teaching sequences and educational further training
• You collaborate in adapting the training concept as well as in developing work and assessment tools

Your experience

• You have completed your training as a qualified nurse FH
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in acute care and preferably have practical pedagogical experience and the trainer course or are willing to complete it
• You have good German skills (spoken and written) as well as PC skills (Word, PowerPoint)
• You are an empathetic, honest and communicative personality
