In this varied role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and care of buildings, outdoor facilities, and technical equipment. Technical Services Employee (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Ensuring the value-preserving maintenance of buildings, outdoor facilities, and traffic areas including regular inspection rounds
• Carrying out minor repairs and service work in the areas of construction, sanitation, locking systems, and furnishings
• Operation, inspection, and simple maintenance of building services systems such as heating, ventilation, and sanitation
• Performing meter readings, filter changes, as well as recording and reporting faults
• Receiving, recording, and following up on fault reports and orders in the ticket system
• Maintenance and care of the surroundings including green areas, outdoor cleaning, leaf removal, and winter services
• Accompanying, instructing, and supervising external service providers
• Management of keys and badges
• Maintaining checklists, reports, and material records

Your Profile

• Completed basic technical vocational training (EFZ), for example in metal construction, locksmith, carpenter, sanitation, construction, or landscaping - or several years of equivalent professional experience
• Driving licence category B
• Certificate for industrial trucks advantageous
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form for reports, instructions, and contact with external service providers
• High safety and responsibility awareness
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Strong sense of order and quality awareness
• Service-oriented personality with a friendly, confident, and assertive manner
• Resilient and flexible as well as willingness to work outside regular hours, especially during winter services and planned special operations
