Finance & Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 100,000Role:
For a private Swiss investment company, we are looking for an experienced individual who independently manages various company accounting books and also covers real estate and investment topics. You can expect a versatile role with direct influence on financial statements, reporting, and the further development of financial processes.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the financial accounting of various companies and are responsible for their monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
You oversee companies from the real estate and investment environment and integrate external property accounting into the overall accounting
You manage the payroll accounting for selected companies
You prepare VAT returns, reports, and financial analyses
You are the contact person for internal and external stakeholders on accounting and financial matters
Qualifications:
You hold the federal diploma in finance and accounting, further training in fiduciary services, or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of experience in financial accounting
You are familiar with accounting according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR); knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER is an advantage
You work confidently with Excel and common office applications; Abacus knowledge is an advantage
You communicate fluently in German; good English skills are an advantage
