- Coordination and management of support requests in collaboration with the first-level team
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through structured communication and solution-oriented action
- Provision and support of services from data centre, Microsoft 365, and cloud environments
- Accompanying customer projects in close coordination with technical and sales teams
- Coordination with external partners and internal departments
- Independent organisation and prioritisation of own area of responsibility
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience after training completion in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Windows server environments, Microsoft 365, and cloud technologies
- Structured, analytical, and process-oriented thinking
- Independent, responsible working style with strong customer orientation
- Organisational skills and enjoyment of coordination tasks
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (at least B1)
- Driving licence category B
- Flexible working model with home office option

Responsibilities
- Comprehensive support of business customers as the central contact person for all IT concerns- Coordination and management of support requests in collaboration with the first-level team
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through structured communication and solution-oriented action
- Provision and support of services from data centre, Microsoft 365, and cloud environments
- Accompanying customer projects in close coordination with technical and sales teams
- Coordination with external partners and internal departments
- Independent organisation and prioritisation of own area of responsibility
Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ (ideally specialising in platform development or system technology)- 1 to 3 years of professional experience after training completion in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Windows server environments, Microsoft 365, and cloud technologies
- Structured, analytical, and process-oriented thinking
- Independent, responsible working style with strong customer orientation
- Organisational skills and enjoyment of coordination tasks
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (at least B1)
- Driving licence category B
