Realdeals.ch is a Swiss online sales platform specialising in DEAL Experiences and Flash DEALS: hospitality, catering, care, wellness and leisure. Every day, we offer exclusive deals with discounts ranging from 30% to 80%.

With the recent acquisition of the DeinDeal and My Store brands, two emblematic players in Swiss e-commerce, our company is taking a major step in its development and accelerating its expansion nationwide.

And to support this new adventure, we are strengthening our team! ??

We are looking for several dynamic, organised and motivated bilingual French–German commercial employees to join our administrative team.

You will actively participate in the development of our e-commerce platforms and the daily management of our activities, within an ambitious company undergoing transformation and offering excellent career prospects.

• Management of the after-sales service for Realdeals.ch and DeinDeal.ch, in French and German

• Creation, uploading and management of offers and products on our platforms

• Administrative management and follow-up of partner files

• Administrative support to sales teams and management

• Translation, writing and proofreading of content from French to German and vice versa

• Management of various administrative tasks: correspondence, secretarial work, file follow-up and customer service

• Participation in the daily management and development of our e-commerce platforms

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training

• Native German speaker or C2 level – essential

• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written – essential

• Excellent writing and spelling skills in German and French

• Dynamic, motivated, autonomous, versatile and flexible personality

• Excellent organisational skills, sense of responsibility and prioritisation

• Good command of common IT tools (Word, Excel, etc.)

• Knowledge of Magento or WooCommerce: an asset

• Ability to work independently remotely and collaborate effectively in a team

• Location: Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne (VD)

• Organisation: Hybrid mode, between on-site and remote work, according to company needs

• Contract: Permanent

• Activity rate: 100 %

• Start date: To be agreed
