For our successful client in the city of Zurich, in the insurance sector, we are looking for a professional as Deputy Head of Back Office

Tasks

• Independent handling of business processes in the area of occupational pension provision
• Training and coaching of employees
• Supporting the team management in all personnel and professional leadership activities
• Operational collaboration in day-to-day business and customer service

Requirements

• Completed commercial training supplemented by several years of professional experience (occupational pension provision)
• Further training as an insurance specialist
• Initial leadership experience
• German at native speaker level
