Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a technically skilled professional for customer advice in the field of heat pumps and heating technology. You advise customers and specialist partners on technical solutions and support the selection, design and implementation of suitable systems. In doing so, you combine heating technology, heat pump technology and technical customer advice.
Responsibilities:
Technical advice for customers and specialist partners on heat pumps and heating systems
Analysis of customer requirements and development of suitable technical solutions
Support in the design and dimensioning of heat pump systems
Preparation and processing of quotations, technical documents and project enquiries
Technical clarifications with planners, installers, suppliers and internal specialist departments
Support with commissioning, faults and technical queries
Maintenance of customer and project data as well as support in the further development of the product portfolio
Qualifications:
Completed training as a heating installer EFZ, building technology planner heating EFZ or comparable technical qualification
Professional experience in heating technology, heat pumps or technical customer advice
Sound knowledge of heat pump technology, hydraulics and heating systems
Experience in technical advice, design and quotation preparation
Very good German language skills spoken and written
