Building Services Planner Ventilation 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Support our project managers in diverse and demanding projects in the fields of healthcare, industry, public administration and residential construction

• Planning and development of technical plans according to SIA 108 in all project phases - from preliminary design through execution planning to specialist site management

• Preparation of precise detailed drawings for implementation

• Compilation of complete tender documents

• Independent handling of smaller projects from A to Z

What do I need to be successful?

• A successfully completed apprenticeship as a building services planner specialising in ventilation

• Solid experience in using CAD software, ideally complemented by knowledge of Revit and BIM methodology

• Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• The ability to work independently and solution-oriented

• A precise and structured approach to task management

• Strong communication skills as well as a resilient and flexible personality
