Internal Sales Consultant Wood Industry 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a committed internal sales consultant for the wood industry. Your main tasks include:

• Competent customer advice by phone and email

• Receiving and processing orders

• Project support from the quotation to delivery

• Hub function between field sales, customers and suppliers

• Management of the webshop

What do I need to be successful?

• Craft or commercial vocational training, ideally in a wood processing company

• Several years of experience in the construction or construction-related industry is an advantage, preferably in the wood-based materials sector

• Negotiation skills in dealing with customers and suppliers

• High service orientation, flexibility and ability to work in a team

• Good MS Office skills, SAP is an advantage

• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written

• Enjoyment of sales and trade
