Responsibility for the stable and secure operation of a highly available network landscape across various company and production areas
Configuration and lifecycle management of FortiGate/Fortinet and Cisco Meraki components for firewall, routing, switching, VPN and WLAN
Implementation and optimisation of network architectures, segmentations and security zones for business-critical systems
Integration of on-premises and cloud networks as well as further development of secure hybrid cloud connectivity
Handling complex network incidents, performance analyses and root cause investigations as well as automation and technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science, systems engineering or network technology or equivalent qualification
Solid professional experience with enterprise networking, TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP and firewalls
Practical experience with Fortinet/FortiGate and Cisco Meraki as well as modern network security concepts
Knowledge of Azure networking, hybrid cloud, WAF, reverse proxy, load balancing and ideally Terraform, Ansible or network APIs
Analytical, independent and solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills; fluent German and good English
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
