IT System Supporter (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 85,000Rocken® specialises in recruiting talents and experts from IT platform development. We collaborate with the most exciting Swiss service providers but also successfully cover all in-house positions. Responsibilities:
Responsibility for 1st level support and for assisting and advising end users with their daily IT needs
Responsibility for procuring client hardware and software, staging work devices, and for change and release management in the client area via software distribution
Collaboration in the 2nd and 3rd level team with internal specialists and system partners
Co-management of IT asset management
Support in providing, maintaining, and managing the hybrid IT infrastructure including network
Collaboration in Azure AD administration
Participation in the technical conception and implementation of ICT projects
Maintenance of system documentation and user manuals
Qualifications:
Apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification with at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
Solution-oriented, goal-driven and IT-affine personality with completed
A person with a growth mindset who actively contributes their dynamic and independent nature to the team
Experience in agile working methods and project management is an advantage
