Lead Software Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the development and fine-tuning of complex software architectures.
- You evaluate and introduce new technologies, frameworks and processes to ensure continuous improvements.
- Ensuring software quality is achieved through code reviews, pair programming and mentoring developers, thereby supporting their professional development.
- You play a key role in designing CI/CD processes, implementing best practices for automated testing and creating comprehensive documentation covering not only code but also architecture and design principles.
Qualifications:
- You have completed a professional apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ in application development.
- Several years of experience in IT/application development/architecture.
- Your skills in development with .NET Core and C# are very advanced, as well as in the use of Typescript.
- You have experience working with the AWS ecosystem (an AWS Developer certification would be advantageous).
- Excellent German skills and good English skills are part of your language repertoire.
