Role:
You have the chance to take on an important role as an IT specialist in an internationally active company. In this role, you take on responsible tasks and face your new challenge courageously. You are responsible for your own projects and have the opportunity to contribute your skills and knowledge. Your experience level as a professional is an important part of your application. You are curious and would like to learn more about this exciting position.
Responsibilities:
You manage support cases, prioritise requests and support users in 1st and 2nd level.
You administer Microsoft 365 including Intune, Teams and relevant security features.
You analyse and resolve faults on PCs, notebooks, mobile devices as well as in the network environment.
You accompany procurement, replacement and lifecycle management of modern workplace devices.
You manage Active Directory and server services and monitor the IT landscape with SolarWinds.
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training and have at least two years of professional experience; a higher technical college qualification is a plus.
You are familiar with Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server and Azure and continuously further your education in these areas.
You work independently, efficiently and reliably and feel comfortable in international teams.
You have high quality standards, strong analytical skills and a quick grasp.
You communicate very well in German and English and can confidently navigate an international working environment.
