Technician Test Field / Test Engineer (m/f/d)

For our renowned business partner, a world-leading high-tech company in surface and system technology in the Wohlen (AG) region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a reliable specialist as Technician Test Field / Test Engineer for a Try & Hire (with option for permanent employment).

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Initial commissioning of thermal coating systems in the in-house test field
• Systematic fault analysis, diagnosis and independent troubleshooting
• Carrying out calibrations, adjustments and leak tests on complete systems
• Ensuring the highest internal quality standards including formal final inspection before delivery to customers
• Setting up, testing and systematic testing of spare parts for current as well as older system generations

Must-Haves

• Completed vocational training as an automation technician EFZ, electronics technician EFZ or comparable qualification
• Sound expertise in measurement, control and regulation technology (MSR)
• Practical experience with PLC systems (especially Siemens, B&R)
• Experience in setting up IPCs and software installations
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Reliable, precise and quality-conscious personality

Nice-to-Haves

• Further training as a technician HF (automation / electrical engineering)
• Experience in vacuum technology, gas technology or thermal process engineering
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
