Role:
Do you want to not only manage cloud projects but shape them from the start? In this position as Azure System Engineer, you accompany customers on their journey to the Microsoft cloud and implement solutions with Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure. Consulting and engineering are in your hands. Today you refine a concept in a workshop, tomorrow you bring it cleanly into operation. This very mix makes the appeal of the role.
Responsibilities:
In exchange with customers, you gather requirements and translate them into viable cloud concepts.
You plan tenant structures and set up services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
This also includes building cloud resources and identities, including clean role and permission models.
You automate configurations with PowerShell and keep environments consistent.
Furthermore, you document solutions comprehensibly and train key users for everyday use.
You also keep security and compliance in view and continuously optimise existing environments.
Qualifications:
You have studied computer science or business informatics or taken a similar path with an IT focus.
You bring several years of experience with M365 or Azure, preferably from both worlds.
You are well versed in Azure Active Directory (now Entra ID), Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
Conceptualising and implementing cloud solutions is part of your craft.
Furthermore, you work independently, approach problems systematically, and find pragmatic solutions.
You also engage openly with customers, are proficient in German, and ideally hold Microsoft certifications.
