Rotating Chef de Partie (m/f)

to strengthen its kitchen team.

we require

• a minimum of 6 years proven experience after CAP/CFC apprenticeship. Interest and taste for brasserie cuisine with offcuts and offal. Dynamic and proactive attitude, team spirit.
